Great view of baby birds from my room, but pillows could be better.

The rooms are cozy and close to shopping, and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Had a great time overall!

The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the pool hours are a bit limited, but it's still a great spot to relax! 😊

The room was spacious enough for my family, accommodating six people comfortably. Watching the baby birds in the nest outside our window was a delightful experience. The extra room made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Quality Suites Lake Wright, Norfolk Airport! The front desk staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Our Queen Suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The breakfast offered a good variety, which made our mornings even better.

Just a solid selection for a weekend break in Norfolk with fantastic value for money. The breakfast orange juice came out as water, but they quickly replaced it when I mentioned it. It's wise to check in early if it's a busy night.

Had a conversation with the front desk staff, they were super friendly despite the chaos. Found a nice little market with snacks and drinks right on the hotel 24/7, but that's about all the good I found.

Huge disappointment, dirty rooms

my family and I really enjoyed our stay at quality. the front desk staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. the queen suite was spacious with a nice living room, perfect for our needs. the breakfast had a decent selection too, which was a nice perk.

the carpets were pretty dirty , and i felt uneasy about that. but the room was spacious enough for my family, and the extra space was great for us. the view from room 318 was amazing with a bird nest right outside our window. we even got to watch the parents feeding the baby birds, which was a highlight.

The culinary scene near Quality in Norfolk is a treat! Krispy Kreme’s donuts hit the sweet spot, and the Aberdeen Barn Steak House is a local gem for juicy ribs that melt in your mouth. Plus, the Waffle House is perfect for late-night eats! The picnic area outside offers a chill spot for a bite.

Where do I start? The check-in was slow, and I was left hanging for towels that never showed. The A/C barely worked, and the breakfast selection was disappointing—where were the waffles? The place could use some serious sprucing up.
